"Chinese Cold Noodles"

This is a Japanese dish which is concoction of ingredients that is thrown together with ramen noodles. This Chinese cold noodles was designated as such apparently with Chinese immigrants to Japan. News to me but this specific dish consists of sliced cucumbers, mushrooms, lettuce, bean sprouts, ham and fish cake.

Ah A Different Drink

This appears to be Japanese with a glass ball that releases carbonation. Interesting and a tad expensive. Surprising that this Japanese drink contains high fructose corn syrup, the domain of many American drinks.

Trout - baked. Potato and pepper topping. Quite good.
